Company stepped up and the new candle is burning great

The company reached out to me after my review and not only replaced the candle that was not burning well but also sent me a few more to enjoy. I appreciate the attentiveness and am loving my candle.

Not a good experience

I paid $30 for this candle and cannot burn it. the wooden wick keeps going out and I have had to drain 2 inches of wax off the candle. I love the scent but after draining the wax off and burning twice for 8 hours each time, It will not stay lit.
