Shipping policy

Candles ship approximately 1-4 business days after order is placed. Unfortunately we do not do international shipping at this time.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace damaged products during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. 

Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Impact Statement:

In Response to COVID-19, Threekind Candle Company is continuing operations using strict standards to produce clean, quality products while adhering to health and safety guidelines to protect ourselves while serving our customers. We are working from home and visitors are restricted. We clean any items that are delivered to us or that we bring in.

In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 1 to 4 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday).

Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. All Sales are final.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?

If your order was damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement after the lost or damaged items have gone through for Threekind Candle Company loss and damage practice. Replacements will be shipped after product is returned and verified that it was damaged during transport.

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage, email (threekinfcandleco@gmail.com) or call us immediately within 3 days of the order delivery.

We will need Proof of Damage. Photos that clearly show the extent of damage. Photos of the shipping box as well.
Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.
Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.
Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.
You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office facility for inspection.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Canada Post

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions.

Shipping Rates
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

How To Return An Item:

We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you receive your order damaged or seems defective, contact us.

Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions!

Summer Heat & Winter Shipping

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. If the weather is cold, please let the boxes warm up before opening.
